Welcome to my Web Site created especially for those of you out there wanting to take the plunge and buy your first house, but haven't a clue where to start (a gift from an experienced First Time Buyer to all you prospective First Time Buyers out there!).

It is incredibly daunting when buying your first house. You've no idea what things you need to look in to - not to mention the thought of seeing a Solicitor, let alone what the Conveyancing process will involve. You will discover throughout the whole house-buying process that there will be certain aspects to consider and prepare for in readiness, that you would never have thought of otherwise. This is where I come in.

I am giving you what pointers and tips I received and used in my own experience, in the hope they'll help you in some way too when you become a First Time Buyer......
